Slice the Chiquita bananas into 1cm thick slices, then slice the mango into 1cm thick slices, lengthways.

Place both into a bowl and sprinkle with the brown sugar and lime zest. Squeeze over the lime juice.

Toss the fruit so that everything is coated, then spoon onto serving dishes and sprinkle over the fresh mint.

TIP: Add in pineapple or papaya to create even more layers of flavour.
